Job well done!

The flowers, the delivery of them to my friend, even with a change of address was done really well. My friend loved them and thought that they were one of the better bouquets that she had received. My only criticism was the time it took on the phone to sort it all out, about an hour. I assumed that this was because you were busy, but still it was a long wait at one point of about 40 minutes for what the price was and a further 10 minutes for the link to pay for it. I hope it doesn’t take this long next time…

But the flowers and the arrangement were great.
